Once you submit this form, our shop will reach out within 72 hours to start your booking conversation! Sometimes our responses may end up in your spam folder so please double-check there if you’re looking for our response.
BOOKING POLICIES
1️⃣ DEPOSIT PROCESS:
You will be charged a $200 deposit to hold your appointment. When your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email when you can pay your deposit. You must pay your deposit within 24 hours of your appointment being scheduled or your appointment will be cancelled.
Your deposit will go towards your tattoo's total cost. Payments for the balance of your tattoo can be taken via Stripe, cash, Zelle or Venmo at your appointment.
For example, if your tattoo costs $300 total -- you will owe $100 at the end of your session.
However, if your tattoo costs $200 total -- you will owe nothing at the end of your session since the deposit covers the entire cost.
2️⃣ BOOKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE:
- Every person being tattooed must pay an individual deposit and will be set up with their own appointment on our scheduling system. We won’t be able to accommodate unexpected additions to your appointment at the last minute.
3️⃣ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not be able to use your deposit towards your rescheduling, and your deposit will be forfeited.
- No-Show Policy: If you are a no-show or more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you will not be able to reschedule, and I will keep your deposit.
- Re-schedule Policy: I allow one re-scheduling with this deposit. Beyond that, the deposit is forfeited.
4️⃣ DESIGN PROCESS:
Final designs will typically be sent via email 24-48 hours ahead of time; however, this is not a guarantee.
I only have time to design tattoos as they come in -- not months or weeks in advance. If you are someone who wants a long time to sit with your design, let me know, and I will see if I can accommodate your request.
Please be concise and clear with your design descriptions. I allow 2 drawings, and any further revisions after that will be $50 per drawing. At your appointment, we will have the time to make small changes to your design.
Changing your design entirely within 48 hours of your appointment may result in rescheduling or cancellation (unless it's a flash design!).
5️⃣ FORMS OF PAYMENT:
For the remainder of your tattoo payment, I accept Zelle, Venmo or Cash. Please let me know ahead of time if you are unable to use these forms of payment for any reason.
